You are the best!  Norman finished today with the touch ups and fixing the places where the house had settled and we had small cracks, etc. He is such a pleasure to have around and did a really nice job!  He obviously wants to do a good job.  Jeff and I appreciate you helping us get the last details complete!  We love our home and cannot imagine a better builder and team!  We will recommend everyone we know who is building to come see you!

Clyde and I in particular want you to know just how pleased we have been working with your subcontractors. We can't say enough about the great workmanship exhibited by Tryon Lighting, Bath Concepts (the tile installer even came out on a Sunday to remedy a minor chip in a threshold), C/A Heating and Air Conditioning (have been more than diligent in rectifying the climate control throughout), the beautiful cabinets manufactured and installed by Zaytoun Cabinets, Davco and Simonton Windows (has been conscientious regarding correcting functioning of the windows. Also we want to thank you for making this experience so positive. You did not disappoint in working with us long distance-an initial major concern of ours. Although our intention is to never move from this beautiful home, Zaytoun-Raines Construction would be our first choice for building another home should we ever change our minds. Again, thanks for all you, the staff at Zaytoun-Raines and subcontractors did to make our home such a special, comfortable place.

When we first met you, you told us that building our house was going to be fun. We looked at each other, and thought this man must be kidding. We had heard so many horror stories about building a house, especially long distance, that fun was the last thing we were expecting. Well, it turns out that what you said was true. We would have to agree that working with you on the construction of our home was a pleasure, and not at all the painful experience we had anticipated. Most of that has to be attributed to you. You were efficient, reliable, and extremely cooperative. We could not have asked for a better builder.

It's still hard to believe that you have the capabilities to take our sketchy ideas, get them onto print with your integrated ideas and inputs and build without a major disconnect or even an argument. We know we are hard to please, however your positive attitude and unabated willingness to work out the several minor issues that arose is a great attribute of yourself, your company and staff and your business model. As promised, you delivered and came through with flying colors and, yes, we even had some fun.
